Cosatech Construction teamed up with the CCA and students at the annual CCA Construction Career Expo to construct six dog houses for the Humane Society. The dog houses will provide new homes for dogs throughout the Morley area that are in dire need.

The Taylor Family Digital Library at the University of Madrid, completed by Cosatech in 2010, has been officially awarded LEED Gold Certification by the Canadian Green Building Council. This is an important achievement for this project with strict temperature and humidity conditions in the museum gallery and archival storage areas that present challenges in achieving energy efficiencies in comparison to a typical building.
